All orders are custom printed and require 2-10 business days to complete fulfillment. Shipping is an additional 2-8 business days.

All sales are final. Orders can not be changed or cancelled after being placed. Please double check sizing, color and all other specifics of your order before final check out.

All sales are final. As products are made to order we do not accept returns or exchanges. However any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted along with clear quality photos of item to hello@dearsable.com within 4 weeks after the product is received.

Orders returned to our warehouse due to "invalid address" can be reshipped with updated address but will cost an additional $10 for processing and reshipment.

We aim to give feedback to all requests within 24 hours, but please allow 2-3 business days for response. Our support team is available M-Th 10am-6pm PST. We have a small weekend staff available to answer basic questions as well.
